As the founder of byteKraft workshops Kellie works in the space between the belly button and the keyboard to train individuals and businesses to use AI effectively. Certified by Google, IBM and Arizona State University in Functional AI and Prompt Engineering, Kellie is passionate about using AI to enhance business efficiencies and foster creative problem-solving using these collaborative tools. As a reluctant adopter of early AI technology, Kellie quickly saw its power and potential. After conducting her first training just for fun at a Lunch-and-Learn at City Club, Raleigh, she realized that there was a need for education in this space and byteKraft workshops came to be. Kellie’s professional experience spans over 40 years in marketing, business development, RFP response and grant writing, which she now uses as a foundation for her AI workshops to help businesses and non-profits of all sizes scale and grow. She resides in Raleigh with her partner, Mike. They share a blended family of 4 adult children: a daughter and two sons who are thriving and living beautiful lives, their remaining son, taken by cancer in 2018 at 23.
